100%  What we need, and from what I read, J.D. Vance is all for it, a convention of states. These career politicians will never vote term limits, or ban insider trading for them. No money from lobbyists or ''donations'' for political events. Their on the receiving end of the gravy train, and they'll try and keep it going forever.
