Why did Trump shut down USAID ?

  This fellow says he reads from the report on USAID and it's expenditures.  Some interesting stuff..

   At about the 10:25mark he reads of 22 million to handle "global warming" on Mars...diesel lunar rovers, I guess..

  At about 14:00 he claims he's reading a report on the Clintons.. 

  Says the money they gave to Haiti cannot be accounted for. 4.4 billion dollars handed over...mostly cash. On pa;llets, I presume...

Obvious corruption in the rocks at the bottom of the fish bowl when the water is being changed. The Swamp is draining.
