Now, I might suggest you question the authenticity of your source. The "International Renewable Energy Agency" is assuredly going to print a story that shows it's agenda in the best light. I'll agree that higher fuel costs will make renewables more attractive, but that doesn't mean the initial costs are getting lower.
BTW......you ever driven past a wind farm and noticed how many of them are idle?
