From the picture I believe it is a Sevens No. 44 Rifle.

If the block slides up and down verticle grooves it's a 44 1/2. If the block drops down in an ark (it is pivoted at the front) then it's a 44. The 44 is in essence a larger version of the favorite, not especially strong.. The 44 1/2 is quite strong!

it drops down in an ark. so it must be a 44. what would be a price range on it. it has very minor marks in the wood, the barrel has two minor scratches ,no pitting or rust, bore is beautiful
