anyone have one? I think i want one. Their ad claims 1'' group, will it do it? i really think this would be a good platform for a custom.A friend just got the bushmaster varmiter and loves it. I know all the bushmaster guys say they are worth it, but are they really that much better? Thanks in advance :D

KN are they that much better flat out or can you change triggers etc and make them comparable. Or is it that the other brands just wont measure up to Bushmaster. Their list of users and endorsers is very impressive. I may just try to get the bushmaster 16'' flattop.Just dont have the money for the varmint yet :D

I have two Bushmasters, and have shot several other Colts. I have to admit that I have not shot the Olympic but am basing my opinion on gun show examinations. I have yet to find any one who is not pleased with their Bushmaster. The Colts I have shot did not inpress me much. I can shoot circles around most of the colts I have seen at the local range. I am not trying to bad mouth the Olympic,DPMS,Colt,or any of the others. I'm sure there are plenty of good AR's out there. But I am convinced you won't be sorry for buying a Bushmaster.   KN

I looked at both, the Oly gun was a little cheaper and comes with a lifetime warranty.  I did the math, got the Oly, and I'm glad.  It has a 20 inch barrel, but shoots under an inch.  When I find the ammo it really likes, I fully expect half-inch groups, even with me doing the shooting.

If you can shoot home invaders, why can't you shoot Homeland Invaders?
