I have a bulldog that I would like to train to catch hogs. I live in south alabama would like to find someone local that I could talk to in person.
I am not the greatest with a computer. Possibly even work out a deal to train my dog with yours to get started. Any help will be great.

you usually dont train bull dogs to catch. it is bread in him. let him hear a pig squeel or a bay dog bark and he is usually ready. if he wont catch when he sees the hogg bayed, just kull him and get another. but dont take a beginner without a veteran catch dog. it can get ugly. i have had several veterans get killed. but he died doing what he loved.

Ask any REAL bulldog man, the more they bond to you the better they will work. I use mine to catch hogs and cattle. Don't worry about making a pet out of him. Pits do better when they are pets.
