I picked up a like new 1952 vintage Model 12 at a yard sale earlier today. Can anyone tell me how to disassemble it.

Thiokol,
Do you mean "disassemble" the action, or break down a "take-down" model?
If the former, don't. If the latter, come back and I'll explain.
