CAS Shooting Schools

Have any of you taken any of the shooting courses offered by different CAS shooters?  If you have I would appreciate knowing your thoughts on the information and instruction given.

I was gonna suggest yuh come shoot Bullseye with us,we do that & CAS amoung other things but I see yuh live on the left coast so nevermind.
