120 gr at 2000-2200fps

120 grains at 2000-2200 fps is about right.  Cast bullets for the 30 herret, fitted to the throat, most throats are .310, or use 7.62 .310 bullets.  I like to shoot heavier bullets myself.  I shoot 168 sierras at about 1600-1800 fps.  Stout but they never leave a ram, no matter where you hit them.  The cast bullets also do very well because they transfer all their energy to the target.  I shoot about 1200fps with my standing Unlimited gun and they fall very slow but all go down.  The most important thing is to shoot an accurate bullet at about 2000 for jacketed bullets.  It won't matter how fast they are going if you can't hit it.  BTW, Jim Henry is the one who said to shoot the 7.62 bullets (cheap too) in the 30 herrett.  Plus he thinks that if you use 7x30 waters or 375 winchester brass, they will last forever and you can easily, safely bump it up a notch.  And this is from the man who put the 6 ounce triggers and fitted all my barrels to the frames.  It is so nice to live where we are just for that fact.   Daniel aka IronMonkey

One of the most popular 7mm bullets is the Hornady 154.  All properly set rams will fall with this bullet @ around 1900 fps.  If cast is your thing, Leadhead's 7mm 150 grain gas check is just the ticket.  It's an RCBS bore rider.  You can visit his web site @ http://www.proshootpro.com.  I have no experience with the other two chamberings. Hope this helps. STeve

On the other side of the loading chart are the ones who don't feel like beating themselves or their guns to death. I shoot a 32-30 {.30 cal}  I use either bulk 125's or  150's at about 1100 FPS for CPT and 165' for the rams at about the same speed.
As to the 7 TCU's, try the bulk 140 or 150's
Both the 7 TCU and the 30 H can be loaded with 17.5 to 18.0 gn's of SR 4759, a mild loading that won't help you build a good case of FLENCH's

Sounds like you have a pretty good inventory of bbls to start out in this game. The 10" 7T/CU will be great for production and standing classes, while either of the 14" bbls will do for the unlimited classes. Fit one with a scope and leave the other with iron sights and you're all set to shoot every big bore class but revolver.

I've never found I needed more than 139 Hornadys in my 7SM (similar to the 7 T/CU in velocity) at 1750-1800 fps. Some will work up a separate ram load for insurance but that can come later if you find knock down unreliable. If you do go with two loads, a 120 gr bullet will be plenty for chickens through turkeys.

For 139's in the 7mm, start with 24.0 grs of AA2015 and Rem 7 1/2 primers.

I have used 150GR Remington bulk bullets in my 10" 7TCU and the leadheads 150's with Win748 and VV N133 I haven't chronoed the VV but the W748 I was getting about 1800FPS and it didn't leave rams if I hit em.
