Well you asked for an opinion and I seem to have one on almost everything.  Around here the Bombers don't play well due to the fact that there's only 1 dealer that I'm aware of for a hundred miles or so.  Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Polaris are tops here with Honda running a distant 4th.  If you have a dependable dealer who stocks lots of parts "you'll need them at some point regaurdless of brand" the price doesn't sound bad at all!  Let us know how you come out.

Old Syko makes a really good point.   Where you live, how far away is the dealer for the Bombardier?   Every review I have read about them has been positive, but if you have to travel many miles for parts or service, and they all need service at one time or another, then go with one of the other major brands.

I looked at a Traxter the other day, it looked very well built. I will probably try one for my next quad. Bombardier also makes the SeaDoo jet skis, and are supplying the quads for John Deere. Everyone I've talked to that has owned one has a good opinion of them. They are on the heavy side, and are more towards the utility than sport use.
