Differunt Looking Power Belt`s

I Found some 50 cal 295 GR HP Pure Lead. Has CVA on pack Look the same as the copper plated one`s But these are all lead. Anyone seen these or shot them Rich

They are the same thing without the copper copper plating. They shoot the same, I tried them both side by side and point of impact were the same. I do not know why they made both. :?

I would think there would be some differenc ein how much the lead fouls in the barrel/rifling as compared to the copper ones. Am I right?

Yep.  Depending on how hard or soft the lead is, and how fast you are pushing them, they will lead your barrel.

Generally, the faster you push them, the more they will lead foul your barrel.

The other day i was at range guy had a crony Testing 45 amo let me shot hunts man 295 PB HP 80 grains piro pellits 1500 fps any one know the BC on the 295 PB RICH

Wonder if dipping the all lead powerbelts in lee liquid alox (just the lead, not the skirt) would prevent the leading?
