I have a friend that I go fishin with. We are very competitive. Normally we're back and forth on who get's the most. But now I think I've found me a secret weapon. It's a t-shirt that has a picture of a Bass on it. Everytime I wear it, I catch way more than he does. He get's so mad he wants to leave,,,,,,,,,lol.
Another thing that I have going for me is my lure. We fish on a private pond that has huge bass and pleanty of them. Normally they bite most of the time. But when the bite is tough, I seem to come out on top. I think the fish are used to what everyone else is throwing. Mostly all the same stuff. But I throw the top water spook.(puppy version). No one else will throw it, and my friend can't make one walk the dog to save his life.
In fact, last time we went , I lost my last spook to a tree limb. My friend is so competitive, he had one in his box and didn't tell me. Hey, what's friend's for. :roll:
