Pretty much all the load books list .375 Win loads. And yes, the Contender handles the factory ammo just fine or they wouldn't have chambered it in that caliber. My personal favorite is a 250 - 280 gr. cast bullet over IMR 4895 or AA 2200.

Hornady 220 FN with 34.5 of RL 7 out of my 10 " Bullberry will
consistently turn out less than MOA when I do my job.  Max in Hornady
book is 35 of RL  7 .

I love my 375, best shooting pistol I have ever had.

Good luck,

Wally

I found this link a long while ago...I have used this fella's data for quite a while and have had no problems with the loads.  I prefer the 220gr. Hornady loads for whitetails:

Have a good one.
How'd you like a peek at my 14-incher? (Contender, that is)

Bought a Loadbook from Midway for the "375 and 458 Winchester".  Book has extensive load data for the 375 Win.
