Is it just me......or.....does time seem to slow down before the season opens :x

You are so lucky! I have to wait until the 17th :cry: My buddy went scounting yesterday mourning & the gobblers were talking there fool heads off

We start the 19 here in Mo. Our season starts on a monday. It will be a fun week for me. I have monday through Thursday off to go turkey hunting and then I head out of town for 5 days to go spoonbill snagging. When I get back I don't have to be at work until 11 all week so I can go out every morning.

I have been seeing a lot of turkeys and many of them strutting. Heard a whole group gobbling last weekend.

You Southern boys have it easy! LoL
WE have to wait till May 5th
We went from a 2 bird limit to 3 last year and have a 22 day season. Our Turkey numbers are through the roof.
