Has anyone tried these on a Taurus 85?  Judging by the Crimson Trace website, the grip seems to be  just a  bit longer than the 85's issue grips.

I'd really like to get laser grips for one of the .44 Special Taurus', but don't seen anything anywhere.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Haven't tried them on any Taurus guns but have on several others. I have a set of the newer larger ones that are rubber coated on an S&W 60 3" in .357 Mag. I had the older smaller "boot" grips on it before and this is a real improvement. I've not really looked at the CTC offerings in quite some while but I think if it is rubber coated it will likely be a bit longer than if just the hard plastic.

I really like them and wouldn't mind having them on every gun I own if they were available. Especially with snub nose revolvers you can actually shoot better groups using the laser than with the sights.

Yes, the Laser Grips make quite a difference. Some time ago I had a set on a S & W Airweight Bodyguard and was amazed at how much it helped me learn proper technique.

The larger, rubber grips for the S & W you mentioned do look interesting, which has me swinging towards the Smiths now.

Thanks.
