Has anyone seen one of these in person?  I wonder if they are as good as they look.

The 7.62x39 model should be popular

It's nice to have another bolt action choice in 7.62X39 but while I was reading through the site, I couldn't help thinking that they could have chosen a better action when I read:

just a few of the examples of design improvements made to the infamous action

Must be a freudian slip.

I agree, with the inexpensive 7.62x39 ammo around, that would be a great rifle, especially since it takes AK mags.

I wouldn't order one without actually holding and inspecting it first, and I still havent heard from someone who has actually touched one.

I'm also curious of what it would cost.

they would have to go make those things in 308 caliber.  Dang!  Wonder if they have any in 303 but, since they are Aussie and the 303 Brit is not availble to the citizens (or wasn't as I understand) I wonder if they would export them in 303.

Just imagine, a new action, and a new barrel properly set back to avoid headspace problems - would shoot like a charm.  Hmmmmmm, you're right deerhunter, I wonder how much they cost.  Mikey.

That's one set of laws (mostly from European countries, though Austrialia would be an exception) that I've never understood.  The country will let the citizen own firearms, but not in military calibers.  A commercial round of equal or great power is fine . . . . where is the logic in that?
