an ultimate rifle

Now that I have the lightweight classes sorted (Sako 75 Hunter stainless in 7-08 and a 1712FWT) my mind is swinging over to thoughts of an unlimited CF. My only constraint is that the rifle be based on a Rem 700 (medium length, '08 boltface, with a Hart 2oz & currently sitting in the safe). All feedback and advice will be appreciated. Thanks Nigel.

Barrel it with a 9 twist, 7BR, drop it in a McMillan silhouette stock and you're there.
