Update on my 450
« on: May 01, 2004, 06:07:23 PM »
Found out the washer on the mainspring wasn't such a good idea. Ater about 30 rounds everything started to go wrong cylinder would lock up, hammer would lock up, pawl wouldn't engage cylinder ect. Took the washer out, problems went away but misfiring came back. The only primers I hadn't tried were federals. BINGO. At least so far.       Have run about 75 rounds through without a hitch. Kind of a pain to be limited to 1 primer though.(how come fed. has to pack them in such a big box??)  Will probably wait till I get 500-1000 rnds without a hitch before I start carrying it.
Just another worthless opinion!!
