New respect for grip fitter's
« on: May 15, 2004, 08:15:19 AM »
Just finished putting the fake ivory grips that I got at EOT on my 60 Armies.  First one was hardest but looks the best and had the best fit.  Second one was harder to fit as the slabs didin't come as close to fitting to start with.  Anyway - might do it again if I can find a decent looking set for my 61 Navies.  BTW-  15 min epoxy means 15min NOT 20 min!    :?

EOT?  Got an address?  been wanting to put a set on my 51 navies.  Pretty good quality?  And are they the one piece or screw together type?

Thanks

They came in 3 pieces, had to glue the halves to a center part.  Will get the maker when I go back out to the shop & will let ya know.  8)
