You might want to keep looking. I did not notice the attention to details that you will find in the work from one of the better taxidermists. For example, you don't see the tear ducts on his mounts. Take a look at a live buck during the rut and these are very prominent, almost like holes under the eyes. Also he has not taken the time to hollow out the nostrils on his mounts or add the details of the neck and shoulder muscles that a live deer will have. It appears that he took the mannequins as they came from the manufacturer and simply glued the hide to them. For example go to

It pays to spend a bit more and shop around until you find a taxidermist that does the best possible rendition of the live animal that you can afford.
