NEF Revolver

I saw an NEF 22lr revolver today. It has adjustable sights and about a 5" barrel. They are asking 129.00 for it. Anyone know about this gun?

Is it used? Nine shot cylinder? Where is it, ill buy it. They were decent firearms. The one i had was made in the mid 70's and shot great for a pistol with over 5000 rounds through it.
