I am on the verge of purchasing my first pistol scope for my new .44 Mag in 12 inches.
I think I have the decision down to either the TC models or the Bushnell Elite 3200 Seems that the TC models are bright and durable but the Bushnell has constant eye relief.
They are about the same in price and warranty. I THINK I understand that you trade eye relief for field of view and a paper shooter would prefer the Bushnell's eye relief while a hunter may not.
SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I guess it comes down to the eye relief issue and I need counsel from you guys which is most important. For the Busnell, does the non-constant eye relief mean you must always reposition the distance from your nose or do you just set it up at a certain distance and always shoot it that way?
I intend to hunt as much as possible with this gun and paper shoot the rest of the time.
Not trying to step on the Stu's original question, but my concerns seem quite related.
Thanks,
Mike
