i found barrels and forearms and rear stocks,how do you get the middle part? trigger?

Hello.  Its a simple matter of going to your nearest FFL dealer.  The frame is what bears the serial number, and thus is the part which distribution is federally monitored.

It is called the Frame.  Should be able to buy one outright or order one thru anyone that has a FFL.

I bought both of my Encore frames from fellows who listed them in the classifieds on this site.  They have to be sent through a FFL holder.  If you go to the Auction Arms website ( http://www.auctionarms.com )they have a list of FFL holders who will handle the transaction for your for a very small fee, like $20 more or less.  You search it by zip code to find one in your area.
