Thanks for the link Quickdtoo, I always knew what the article espoused. Felt it in my gut that these are fine rifles, especially for the money!!!....<><.... :grin:

I have to agree! I really look forward to shooting mine if I ever get it back from H&R. I sent my .223 Ultra frame in for a trigger job and 25-06 barrel and today find out they don't have any barrels, so I'm in a quantry as to order a .243 barrel instead or wait ??? how long for the 25-06. ????

Good article, thanks for posting it! I could own a lot of H+R/NEF rifles for $9000.00.

Yeah...unfortunately...I'm workin on it!!!  :?  Can one have too many barrels for the NEF......that is the next question.... :roll: I still don't have my reloading stuff unpacked...I can't get out to shoot ...yet I have bought two more barrels,rings,and scopes since i've been down here....I think I need to go see a shrink!! :oops:

Man that is a GREAT article, I'm bustin at the seams with pride. Going to the gun shop on Thursday for supplies for the Lee Handloader that was so graciously given me by my friend MSP Ret, and I will definitely be attempting to get a bag of those Fed 117 gr. soft points, as well as Win Primers, and IMR 4350. Can't wait to get to the range, maybe Friday but definitely Saturday. Got some UMC 55 gr. and Win Varmint Pack 45 gr. for the new .223 bull too.

Oh yea Deadeye this is for you...........



might save ya big shrink bill, besides he'll be too busy handling my case of handi fever.  :)

Jeez, just think, if I can convince my wife that because I saved so much money by not buying the dakota, I should be able to buy a few more barrels and scopes for the ultra...... :lol:
