stock question
« on: June 10, 2004, 04:39:46 PM »
i've read some comments on synthetic vs wood stocks for the the handi. my simple minded thinking tells me that synthetic is better, less movement from changes in temp, etc..

so what's the real skinny on this ????

i like my synthetics because they are light, i can carry my synthetic handi all day, the lighter the better i say.

is there something in the wood or synthetic stock that someone here has verified for accuracy or stability ?, i know the synthetic has a problem if you tighten the forearm screw too tight, the screw head reflows the plastic and the forearm can come loose.

my .17 is on order, and, i ordered my neighbors grandson, codi,  a youth handi ! what a good kid he is.
there''s room for all of God''s fauna and flora, right on my dinner plate!
