I have the ultra slug 12ga with wood stock and am thinking of putting a better pad on it. Limbsaver has a pre-fit that they say fits the wood laminate stock, but when I printed off the template, it is not even close to my wood stock dimensions.
I was hoping to avoid the gunsmith if possible to have one custom fit.
Does anyone know of a quality recoil pad that fits the wood stock ultra slug?
Also, I was actually considering upgrading to the laminate stock set anyway. Has anyone installed the Limbsaver pad for laminate stock? Does it fit well and is the pad a good pad? I have heard good reviews of the pad itself as far as performance.
