Mosin scopemount with rings on sale

Me being frugal as always there is a mosin scopemount w/rings on sale at numrich gun parts it appears to be a scout mount but it doesn't say so you may want to give them a call and ask them to be sure.  Its part number in the add is #HF885740 but if you go to their site and use the part number search use just #885740 and it will come up.  It sells for only $19.95 !!!!                                                   BigBill

The add also says it fit most mosins like the 91/30, 1938, 91/59, 1944, and the chinese type53 too.

There is also a new pattered after the orginal mosin trigger spring/bolt stop too  #HF291990 for $12.95

These are indeed scout style scope mounts so you will need to get a long eye relief scope or a reddot to shoot these.  I have one and a 2 x 7 scope on a M44 that I just could not get to where I was aiming (always shot 3-4" high).  I now will put 5 into 1.5" at 100 yards.  It's my long range, I do not care coyote gun now, makes a nasty hole with 150gr soft points. :eek:
