First Encore 22-250
« on: July 02, 2004, 08:23:04 AM »
I recently purchased my first Encore pistol from Ed's Contenders. I was very impressed with his business. I got a 22-250 with a 15 inch barrel, blued with rubber grips. The barrel was used, but to me it looked like a new one. I mounted a Leupold M8-4X on it with a little help from Tom Krupinski.
I took it to the Ben Avery shooting range and set up a target at 25 yards. The first shot was 4 inches to the right so I adjusted the scope a few clicks. After that I was right on. I didn't get to move the target farther away because I ran out of ammo. My wife even fired a few rounds. I am very impressed with the Encore. I guess next time I will bring more ammunition.
Go out and get yourself a Concealed Weapons License. I did. :gun4:

I always bring more ammo than I should. :) But I end up shooting it all up anyways. Just more for me to reload. :)
