I received an email from a person who had phoned Prime Minister John
Chretien's office and who was informed that there are "an awful lot of
people phoning from coast to coast". He was informed that they do keep
track of who phones about the firearms registry and they do forward that
information on. Apparently they are flooded with calls on this.
You can register your opposition and displeasure with the firearms
registry by phoning, emailing or faxing the Prime Minister and the
Justice Minister:
