A nice mild load that has given me incredible accuracy in the 375 Wby is 13.0 gr. Green Dot. It will keep most shots touching at 100M if the wind's not too strong. Any of the faster flake powders like Red Dot, Green Dot, 700X, Unique, etc will work without fillers. Also a case full of very slow powder will work well too. I use a lot of IMR 7383 to H870 range powders for cast use, 870 will get you maybe 1900 fps with a case full and a mag primer, usually very good accuracy, but burns dirty since it's not building enough pressure to burn clean. As long as your bullet fits the rifle's throat, is hard enough, and is using good lube you should be very impressed with what a 375 will do with cast bullets!

Try Accurate Arms 5744 and 4895. 5744 will give you a mid teens load and you can reach 2000 or more with 4895. Everything is dependent on alloy, lube, case prep.

I use the Lyman 375449GC with 35.0 gr RL 7 plus 21 gr of Win Grex as a filler. With lube and GC's the bullets are 286gr when cast from my alloy(about 16-18 bnh,50/50 pure lead/linotype W/LBT blue & Hdy GC's). 1800fps & 1.50" @ 100yds. This is an old 38-55 load that I added the filler to hold everything in place. The bullet is seated to touch the lands also. The RCBS .375-250 GC shot just as well  with the same load, but that wasen't my mould. In fact the RCBS bullets were the ones I used first, then switched to the Lyman after the plesant surprize that it worked just as well.
