Ordering powder in 5 or 10 pound lots

Don't want to order powder in 25 pound lots.  Then check out http://www.powderinc.com.  They offer it in 5, 10, 25 and 50 pound lots.

Have purchased a 10 lb lot from them and am down to 4 lbs now. It ended up costing $ 130 for the 10lbs with the hazmat fee. Using a 1 1/2" cannon, coke can mortar and near 1" mortar.
