Point of impact shift

I have 2 encore rifle barrels one a 24in 6mm BR T/C custom shop and a 7mm-08 T/C standard barrel.  It seem when I switch the barrels back and forth my point of impact shifts.  I have tried changing the position of the fore end on the bag, I have tried the electrical tape trick on the barrel and I always try to make sure the fore end is screwed on at about the same torque each time.  I am getting really frustrated.  I does not move a lot but it is a noticable change.  I have heard stories about over sized hinge pins are these worth a try.  Any help would be appreciated.

A couple questions
In what way does it shift ? How much ? The same for both barrels ?
Basically you are saying that by just removing one of those barrels and reinstalling it that it no longer shoots in the same place ?
Personally I have not owned a barrel that I ever thought was a loose enough fit to benefit from an oversize hinge pin. I am sure there are some out there but I think if you go with the oversize pin that you are setting yourself up to have a dedicated frame for each barrel. Not always a bad thing but kinda of restrictive for a system that is promoted as an easy switch barrel.  With either barrel installed and the breech open does the pivot at the pin seem unusually loose from side to side?
I think you were on the right path with the fore end....maybe try just using one screw in the foreend for a test and torque it to just enough to hold position on the gun. Another trick is to put a small orings around each screw inside between the stock and the barrel dovetail nuts to kind of float the foreend again I would just tighten the screws to hold position of the fore end.
