I am trading in my inaccurate ruger 22 mag on a marlin 983s.  How accurate are these rifles, and any feeding/ejection problems?

I've owned several and they have all been accurate if using the Winchester ammo. I've never been able to get CCI's to group well in the Marlin. On the other hand I have a Rugar and it loves the CCI's. I just picked up another 983 a couple of weeks ago and havn't had time to try it out yet, but I'll try both the Winchester and CCI's in it.
