Some antis are proposing ot ban trapping on public land in New Mexico and succeeding. We need letters, lots of them to the New Mexico game commission ASAP to ask for support of trapping on public land to continue.

Here's a note from a trapper there I got today.
"My job is on the line as well as the future of hunting and ranching. Just today on the Angel Ranch I recieved a call about 2 calves being killed by coyotes,thats $900.00 down the tube. I set traps and yes it is BLM lands. This is simply stupid, a few special interests groups albeit well funded can cause so much grief to so many people who are doing nothing but minding there own buisness and not bothering anybody. "
Please write, otherwise more pets will be eaten by predators, more wildlife will be eaten by predators and more livestock will be eaten by predators.
We need more trapping there, not less. The antis are succedding in hurting hunting and ranching. Please write ASAP.
