Blackhawk 30 US should be in 45 LC

I have a Blackhawk in 30 US - but I should like that it was in 45 LC. Will the frame accept a  barrel/cylinder in 45 LC?

You would probably be ahead (price wise)  to sell the .30 carbine and buy a new or used Blackhawk in .45.

the frame is the same but the Proffessor said it right its cheaper just to swap guns.
