Elite 3200 question?

I looked around and decided on a Elite 3200 in 3-9X40 matte finish. The Optic Zone lists two that I like but one of them is a "3-2-1 low light" and the other is "fast focus". What is the difference?

The 3-2-1 is a reticle that is thick on the outside edge (hence 3), then thinner as you go towards the middle of the scope (hence 2) and then thin as you go more towards the middle of the scope (hence 1), and then I think is is the very thin X.  

The fast focus is simply a knob on the side of the scope (I'm pretty sure) and you can adjust the focus quicker than if it was, as is standard, on the rear tube of the scope.

I guess that the 3-2-1 would probably be my best bet then. Once I get the focus set the old fashioned way I don't figure I need to be messing with it anymore. Thanks for the info.
