pop up blinds?

Will pop up blinds work for deer in Texas or will they be afraid of them and not come in ?  Thanks oktx.

oktx.  Cant say about Texas but we have a opperation here in Ar. with tower stands all perminate for hunting out of and I have been thinking about adding a couple of the pop-up type blinds so as to be a little more versital here until I decide to build some perminate ground blinds. :D   JIM

I have put up, pop-up blinds and as long as you make it look natural and not right on there trail you will be OK. I have put up a pop-up and had deer come within bow range with out thinking about it. But there are some the know something is out of place.
If  you're going to make a hole, make it a big one.
