Question for big paulie

Big Paulie,
I picked up a Beretta 303 while i was at a gun show, Am i right in saying
the 303 is a fore runner of the 391 ?. Have not shot it yet but it feels good.
It has a coil in the stock, Also has the fully adjustable stock. I don't do a lot of shotgunning any more, Seems like there is always more to do than i can get done.I do a lot of the gun shows in N.M. and a few in TX. so don't have a whole lot of time to shot gun. I would appreciate any input you might care to share with me, Thank you Sir and have a good day.

Yes Joe, the Beretta 303 is a forerunner of the 391.  They are excellent shotguns and a real pleasure to shoot.  They were made for a fairly long time, so you should be able to find lots of accessories.

    After the 303, I believe Beretta brought out the 390, which is an excellent shotgun but has a square back receiver which sold well in Europe but not here.  So, they then brought out the 391, which has a round back receiver.

Thanks for the reply. I picked this one up at a gun show and didn't know much about it. Havent had a chance to shoot it yet, I was going to take it to my next gun show but, may leave it hame and take something else.
I have tables at a show in Reserve New Mexico the weekend of the 7th & 8th of this month so i'm in the process of getting every thing togather, Man
