Hello, anyone own one, any good or bad reviews on it, Interested in the 5" barrel with adjustable sight version.  Any and all input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Spencer - the Springfield is a solid and reliable performer.  Many of the posters to this forum own and carry them and love'm.

However, your choice of caliber lends me to recommend you purchase yours in 38 Super/9x23 Winchester, stuff it with a Wolff 20 lb recoil spring kit, and get a 9mm barrel for shooting the less expensive surplus ammo.  HTH.  Mikey.

spencer - I don't know if Springfield makes the conversion but I believe Ceiner and a  few others make 22lr conversions for the 1911 platform.  However, you would have to contact them to see if it will work on the 9mm.  There are a number of advertisements in the Shotgun News for the 22lr conversions.  i would start there.  HTH.  Mikey.
