You can expect to pay $20-40 per hole according to the latest list from Brownells.  They survey shops that deal with them and compile the list.

Well, it looks like I got a fair deal then, I paid $60.  At first I thought that was too much to pay because I had all six cylinder bores trued to .031" and that only cost $40.  Maybe I got a real bargain on that job, if it was done right.
