I sit on the fence on this subject as I do not really believe but do not really disbelieve either. To me the Jury is still out on the subject.        Your doc opened slow for me so I did not read most of it but Documents like that can be faked so well today with some one wanting to take the time with a computer and the knowhow I guess I look at such with suspicion unless it can be documented.

IMO, the Govn't has an operating plan for everything in the world. Given the UFO scare/concern of the country after Roswell and the WA pilot that saw the lights that followed him, AND the Red threat at the time......yeah, I guess they came up with somthing. (I'm pretty sure I've seen one or maybe two)

Back in the late 50's when Shakeys pizza opened in Sacramento CA, they had funny little quotes on their napkins, one was: if you dont beleive in flying saucers try PINCHING one of our waitress.

Dali Llama suggest that person doing pinching, part pinched and locale in which pinch transpire may result in different outcomes.

I still believe in UFOs.
My dad always used to say that G-d never created humans anywhere else in the universe but here on Earth.
Odds are good that in a universe as expansive as ours, there must exist other forms of life.
What truly puzzles and awes me at the same time is the technology necessary to move between the planetary systems in sufficient time so as not to die on the way.
2 things, either these extra terrestrials have tremendous life spans, which is entirely possible, or they inhabit a much closer region of space than we are aware of.
