A properly set up gun should put the scope right at the perfect spot so you dont have to make any kind of wiggling adjustments. That being said, the only way, IME, to get that on my Encore is to use the lowest possible rings. Going with higher rings then I have to rest the gun so that it is right about the level of my lower jaw gum line as opposed to the cheek where it belongs. All this, of course, necessitates a hammer extension. Ive had only two misfires so far, both were handloaded ammo that might have been my fault :oops: . Factory fodder.....no problems yet.
