Has anyone ever tried one of these?  FOV & ruggedness?  I know I can go get the specs  on it, just curious if anyone uses one and what you think of it.

I have two and have found them to be a good bang for the buck. Glass seem clear and is fine for targets at 100 yds and hunting deer at much greater distances than that. I also have Leupold, Burris, T/C, Simmons, and Bushnell scopes in similar magnifications----and they are all different in actual useage. But in choosing your scope it would be good for you to view the comparison chart in the article on the Handgun Hunter Magazine site.  pg

The only thing I do not like about them, is that there is no PA adjustment.

I've got two of 'em. One is on a 10" 222 and the other on a 14" 357 max. Both scopes are clear and bright, poi doesn't change when increasing magnification, and they must be durable as I haven't broke them yet! FOV does get kinda small up at 8x though. Mike

I have one on a 30-06 encore and a 4x on a 480 Ruger super redhawk.  I am truly impressed by these scopes!  For the price, you can't beat 'em.  As far as ruggedness, I have put over 400 rounds through the 30-06 with the weaver on it and over 600 rounds through the 480.  I did have a slight problem with the 4x on the 480.  Something inside the scope let loose after about 50 rounds.  Must have been some sort of a factory defect.  I sent it back to weaver and it was fixed with no questions asked.
