I don't know, but if they are smoothbore, as I suspect, then 100 yards may be too far with the foster/brenneke type slugs you'll need to use. 75 yards is realistic, though.  Saboted slugs may be attractive in concept but they're not designed to work with a smoothbore.

accuracy with a Encore sluggun?

I have the 20 gauge rifled slug barrel for the Encore.  I tried 5 types of slugs and found that it shoots best with Winchester Supreme (260 gr. bullet).  At 50 yards I get 1 1/4 inch groups, and at 100 yards the barrel will shoot 2 inches or slightly less.  I have the gun sighted for 2 inches high at 50, it is still 2 inches high at 100, and dead on at 150.  I use a Shooter's Ridge rest (Cabela's and others) which keeps the gun rock steady and eliminates all the wicked recoil from a slug gun.  I use this rest for all my bench shooting.  My Encore also shoots the Remington 260 load well too, Just slightly larger groups.  I had a Bellm trigger job done on my action, which helps quite a bit  Hope this helps!
