Resizing Bullets

At what point do you need to size a lead bullet that comes from the mold. Do I measure the cylinder then the bullet and then decide.  I am new to the game and was wondering.  My .41 caliber bullets come out of the mold at .4105  my cylinders mic at .4095. Do these bullets need sizing or will they be ok as are.. It is for a 41 mag if that matter any.

thats not enough to worry about. cast bullets need to be slightly oversize to seal the bore well. i'm shooting .454 bullets in .452 cylinder mouths with no problems. i asked the same question on this forum not too long ago and this was the answer i got.

Your bullets shouldn't be a problem. As a matter of fact if the were another thousanth larger it wouldn't hurt. I shoot mine at .411 to .4115. An oversized bullet helps to fill the bore and keep leading down.
Just another worthless opinion!!
