YEP, a few years back I had a 2.5x8x28mm Weaver Handgun Scope on a 10" 7-30 Waters Contender. I liked the scope just fine, thought it had a decent field of view and was very crisp and clear. The eye relief did get a little critical above 6x, but this never seemed to cause a problem.
However since I have obtained a 2x7x32mm Burris LER Handgun Scope and I like the little more field of view the Burris offers. However in terms of clairity and user friendliness I feel these two scopes are about the same.
