Have you tried this one? http://www.panicware.com/ ,I am not running McAfee so can't help on that ,but there website should have the info.

Try the Google toolbar if you are using Internet Explorer. Works well and has a built in pop up blocker. When you install it, choose not to install with the advanced options.

It sure works for me. My IP sold me down the river...I was getting Pop-ups like crazy. I tried one program but it caused a lot of problems....tried Google and it works great. You should see if it works as well for your system.

I use Webroot Spy Sweeper ver.5.0 and Window Washer 5 in combo to back up each other.I have NO popups or pop unders(the newest ones out).Spy Sweeper runs as a port watcher at all times.Been running combo for a few months and am very please.Am running cable modem at 2mb speed,processing at 2.70 gbs.,64mbs video ram,256 mb ram.Very happy camper :lol: .............Rick
