24" .308 ss ammo

i was wondering if anyone knows what the best shooting factory ammo is for these barrels i know its all what your barrel wants but i have one that is coming to me next week and  don't really have allot of time before rifle season to play with allot of diff ammo and i don't reload yet so if you guys could give me a couple to try to narrow the field down i would be most grateful im new to this whole forum thing so my apoligies if i dont word myself corectly

I tried all brands and bullet weights, including most of the premium ammo in my 24" and 15" stainless 308 caliber encore barrels.  Suprisingly, the ammo that grouped the best was the plain old Remington Core Lokt in the green box - 150 grain.
