In spite of what the catalogs say I do not believe any have noise suppression. I called to order and was told the catalog is wrong there is no noise suppression circuit.

If you are talking about the ones that sell for about $39.99 in cabelas. I looked in to getting them. Before I ordered them I called the maker and talked to them about them.
I left a message and the guy called me back with in 2 hours. He told me they do not close out any noise and they are not to be used for shooting.

I am still thinking about getting a set for bow hunting.

I will be getting a set of pro ears stalker dimension 2 ear muffs. They have a input for radios and such. the reason I am getting the ones with the input is because I will end up using them when working in the yard and it will be nice to be able to hook up my mp-3 player and maybe even hook up my cell phone when i am hunting.

Thanks for the information!  That was $40 saved.  Next question is why are they advertised that way then.....seems like a false advertising scam to me.

Excellent question to which I have no good answer. It's been that way in too many catalogs from too many different companies to be purely an accident. I think it is intentional misrepresentation. On who's part I'm not sure.
