I was a member for many years and enjoyed it, I gave up my membership several years ago after becoming tired of the old management.  New people are running it and I was thinking of joining again.  Is it worth it?  I traded all my back issues of "One Good Shot", the quarterly journal, for a 30 Herret 10" Contender barrel.  So yes, it was worth it!  :D

I am a "new member" and was never under the old management; I joined this past year. As of today, only received two issues of the mag, but I am very well pleased. They have talk of the possibility of a 20 year anniversary celebration planned next summer that I am very interested in attending. I have yet to seek some background information on barrels, etc., as I am what I guess you might call a collector, but will soon be writing/e-mailing trying to get info on factory barrels. I would like to see the website catch up (they claim this is coming), but I feel it is 30$ well spent.
